Thomas Popp studied computer science at Würzburg University of Applied Sciences and expanded his extensive industry, process, and IT experience through numerous projects as a solution architect and later as a project and program manager. He spent his entire career as the managing partner of various IT management consultancies. In various roles, he gained comprehensive experience in process management and IT implementations within the manufacturing industry. "The decision to found JustTec, a company focused on the development, design, and production of digital locks, was a natural one. Developing digital locking solutions requires the optimal coordination of mechanics, electronics, and software. JustTec offers the ideal conditions for this."
CEO & Founder
Martin Schadhauser is co-founder and managing director of JustTec GmbH. After studying automotive engineering at Munich University of Applied Sciences, he worked on various projects with leading industrial companies, gaining valuable experience in the development of mechatronic products and modern IoT solutions. With his strong innovative spirit and interdisciplinary skills, he combines technical expertise with creative thinking and entrepreneurial vision. As managing director at JustTec, he shapes the company's further development and strategic direction, and is committed to creating innovative solutions for the challenges of the digital future.
CEO & Founder
As a trained beverage technologist, Uwe Herzog worked for over 20 years as sales manager for well-known companies from Germany, the Netherlands and Italy in national and international sales in the supplier sector of the beverage industry.
From 2019 onwards, he was responsible for digitalization and the development of new business models for a family-owned company in the Siegerland region. During this time, he also established a Digital Academy for a corporate group.
In addition, Uwe sits on the advisory board of a corporate group with production facilities in Germany, the Czech Republic and the USA.
